How do you know what will work for me?
Matches are made based on the information you provide us. We will take into consideration all of the things that
are most important to you and the person we are introducing you to. Geographical location is taken into
consideration, however sometimes it is more important than others. We would call you and talk with you about
the introduction sharing enough information so that you are both comfortable in proceeding. At that time we
would hand things over to the gentleman to call and make arrangements to meet. Normally we recommend that
our clients meet with the person we introduce them to at least 2 times and if it is long distance, we suggest that
the gentleman makes arrangements to travel to her area for the first meeting.
After an introduction we receive written and or verbal feedback from both clients. All feedback is confidential; it
helps us in assisting you to make sure we remain focused and always moving in the right direction.
Do you match clients outside of their area?
Absolutely! If it is what the clients requests. We are not geographically limited. Therefore, our introductions are
made based on the requirements of our clients. If we can meet their needs and make an introduction in their
general area, then that is our first goal. We never want to disqualify a match however, based on location alone.
We are an international company.
How will you protect my privacy?
Merge's number one priority is to the client. Their information is highly confidential and is never divulged to
anyone. Merge never gives out any personal information such as places of employment, addresses,referral
names, and associations you may be a member of.
How is Merge different from its competition?
Merge's approach is very unique, in the sense that our clients happiness is of the utmost importance. A lot of
agencies play the numbers game, and that is something we do not believe in. As a matter of fact, we try to limit
the number of clients we accept, in order to ensure that every single one gets our undivided attention . Applicants
that are not accepted will be considered for the following year. Each one our clients, is assisted every step of the
way, and we will not rest until the client is satisfied. We screen each candidate personally over a 1 hour
interview. We offer criminal background checks, and are completely confidential.
